Projects

Research Assistant in the Curatorial Department at UMAG, Hong graduated in MA Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has been assisting in museum exhibitions and initiating curatorial projects, including exhibition design, research, installation, translation and media production. Passionate in art, culture and heritage, she has been collaborating with NGOs on art related community projects.   

This exhibition is part of the ‘Mapping My Neighborhood Community Project’. The project engaged local secondary school students, professionals and community stakeholders in a project-based learning initiative that took place in two chosen pilot neighborhoods.

In responding to the pandemic, UMAG decided to invest in creating an virtual exhibition space for our visitors. This provided an alternative option to access the special exhibition.

Contributing to the research of Hong Kong Art History, this is an on-going projects that features interviews with local artists and curator.
